Arcane Journal: Battle March Companion (Inglés)

For every great battle that rages across the World of Legend, a hundred or more smaller battles are fought between bold warbands. This book expands upon the core rules of Warhammer: the Old World, allowing players to fight desperate battles with smaller forces.

Skirmish Battles in the Old World

This expansion book contains everything you need to know to play smaller-scale Battle March games of Warhammer: The Old World, leading raiding parties, vanguards, and outriders in desperate battle. This book tells of the campaign fought within the Axe Bite Pass, and allows you to recreate key moments using the scenarios and muster lists provided. In addition, the Battle March General Principles section gives you all the information you need to write your own muster lists and create your own scenarios. The additional rules provide advice for anyone wishing to run a Battle March matched play event, allow you to include Random Happenings – events which capture the chaos of war – and add more objectives to your games.

Inside this 48-page softcover gaming supplement, you will find:
– Battle March Campaign: Based on the battles in Axe Bite Pass, this campaign includes 6 narrative scenarios and muster lists for the Empire of Man and Orc & Goblin Tribes
– Battle March Rules: Learn how to play Battle March games, including Objectives, Deployment Maps, Matched Play rules, and Magic items
– Muster Lists: Lists for the Dwarfen Mountain Holds, Beastmen Brayherds, Kingdom of Bretonnia, and High Elf Realms
– Additional Rules: Including Secondary Objectives, Random Happenings, baggage carts, and more to keep your games exciting

You will need a copy of the Warhammer: The Old World Rulebook, as well as the army lists found in Warhammer: The Old World – Forces of Fantasy, Warhammer: The Old World – Ravening Hordes and Arcane Journal: Armies of Grand Cathay, to make full use of the contents of this expansion.
